Kodak Black says he cried when Saweetie chose Quavo over him

Kodak black has opened up about how emotional he got when he realized it Sweetheart had picked Quavo to be her husband over him.

In an Instagram Live conversation with another rapper from Florida Youngeen Ace, Kodak said he was left in tears after Saweetie chose the former Migos member to be her partner.

“I said when Saweetie picked Quavo over me she made me cry bro,” Kodak said. “When Saweetie chose Quavo over me she made me cry bro.”

He added that while he was heartbroken, he saluted their relationship as they held on for a moment.

Fans will remember that though Saweetie’s dramatic breakup with Quavo consumed 2021, and hit fever when the Migos rapper alluded to their relationship he the song “Messy”.

“I said ‘Caresha, please’ cause she’s too messed up/ Bitch fucked my dawg behind my back but I ain’t stressin’/ You wanted the curse? You should’ve just said it, we just wanted to bless it/ Now it was shit messy,” Huncho raps on the track.

Although he didn’t name names, many fans believed he was either referring to Offset or Lil Baby — who many hawkish fans thought was the faceless man in a photo Saweetie posted in December 2021. Offset has not commented, and Baby has denied numerous times that the man in the picture is him do it again shortly after the release of his latest album It’s just me.

As Baby and Saweetie rumors continued to swirl, Quavo added fuel to the fire by tweeting a cryptic response to all the headlines. “It’s not tripped, we can replace it,” wrote the Unc & Phew rapper.

Lil Baby appeared to respond to Quavo’s comment on his new track “Stand On It,” where he raps, “I don’t want your bitch, we can’t trade/ They ain’t crazy, tell them to jump out.

Saweetie finally seemed to address all the relationship drama on her latest EP The single lifewhereupon she seemed to provide answers to the aforementioned rumours.

“Why do n-ggas always talk about who I’m fucking about?” she raps on the EP’s lead single “Don’t Say Nothin”. “He must have been thrilled when I got the time with notin’ on/ The same lips that yappin’ are the ones I nutted on.”

Elsewhere on the new single she spits: “That’s what I get for kissing these frogs/ He got mad and told my business to the blogs/ N-gga break, I’m shaken, gotta chill.”

Kodak has since set his sights on plenty of other womenmost recent fires his shot at GloRilla. Yak slipped into her comments section during a live stream in 2022 and tried to revamp some of the lyrics from her blockbuster single “Tomorrow” to work in his favor.

“You may not be my girl today, but that’s why I love tomorrow,” Kodak wrote. GloRilla did not respond.
