The Memphis rapper took to Twitter to reveal the song’s cover art, which features a cartoon version of Ice Spice printed in all of NLE Choppa’s unique tattoos. “She thought I felt her. She was right,” Choppa wrote. “What do you think?”
Ice Spice caught wind of the pitch, and needless to say, the “Munch” creator didn’t seem too flattered by the outcry. “N-gga feenin gotta play it cool,” Ice Spice replied.
Choppa responded to Spice’s comments in a since-deleted post tweet which read: “What jayda said these n-ggas Been on my bodyyyyyy.”

Choppa’s new single comes after he recently teamed up with 2Rare for his “Do It Again” track, which dropped on October 7th.
Apart from music, NLE Choppa has been busy making headlines for other reasons. He claimed to be first rapper to lead an NBA team out of the tunnel during pre-game introductions after he appeared at the FedEx Forum for the Memphis Grizzlies’ season opener earlier this month.
This attracted attention Soulja Boy who of course balked at Choppa’s claim, only later giving the 20-year-old his flowers when he realized he had only appeared at halftime of a Los Angeles Clippers game and did not walk out of a team.
Choppa also made headlines for a racy photo he posted on Twitter in late October, which highlighted a particular body part and made his fans question his sexuality in the process.
“First and foremost I love myself and I’m comfortable enough in my skin to show off the beauty God blessed me with,” Choppa wrote on Twitter. “Secondly, I LOVE everything, so I don’t mind being attracted to both sexes, but most importantly, my sexual preference is women. Stop trying to make me into something I’m not.”
As for Ice Spice, she’s been trying to get used to all this new attention. She dropped her new single “Bikini Bottom” on Oct. 28 and has been enjoying the spoils of her viral hit “Munch,” which ultimately resulted in her hanging with Drake.
“When Drake DM’d me, I wasn’t really expecting it,” Spice shared RapCaviar. “I just landed in LA for me Genius open mic for ‘Munch’ and he was actually like, ‘Yo, ‘Munch’ is tough and yours On the radar freestyle is hard.’ And I was like, ‘Damn, that’s crazy, because I’m really in LA shooting Open Mic.'”
She added, “Connecting with him was so cool. Like he’s crazy sweet and respectful. We went to OVO Fest. It was exciting because it was like his first time performing in Toronto, I think in a couple of years. So it was just a movie, everybody was excited. The energy was high. Nicki [Minaj] performed, it turned on. [Lil] Wayne did his thing. That shit was crazy.”
The young rapper actually has made a lot of money from her breakout hitso much so that she said on Wednesday (November 2) that she would be giving away some loot to her fans.
“I got 2 million for using a microphone when everyone responds to your money tags and gives away some money,” she wrote on Twitter.
