cardi b has found a new management home as she has struck a deal with industry titans Irving and Jeffrey Azoff’s Full Stop Management.
According to Billboard and confirmed by Variety, Cardi recently joined the Full Stop powerhouse with Giant Music president Shawn Holiday, who played an integral role in the Grammy-winning rapper making the jump.
“It’s been a long time,” Holiday noted of the years since Cardis’ 2018 praise Invasion of privacy album that feels like it came a lifetime ago. He even teased that The Bronx native’s long-awaited sophomore LP is on the calendar for “early 2023” via Atlantic Records.
Cardi B was previously linked to Quality Control after joining their Solid Foundation management department in 2018. However, in 2020 she stated that she was not contractually bound to any management company and was a free agent as her lawyer handled her business.

In the early part of her career, Cardi had been signed under Klenord “Shaft” Raphael’s KSR group, but that management relationship soured in 2018.
Raphael sued the “Bodak Yellow” rapper for $10 million and Cardi countered for $30 million, claiming Shaft was “self-serving and controlling.” The two parties reportedly ended up settling in 2020.
Thanks to her high-powered legal team, Cardi B has been successful in the courtroom. She won another lawsuit in October related to the image used of her Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 1 mixtape cover that a man claimed was used without his permission.
Kevin Brophy sought $5 million in damages for not only the unauthorized use of the image, but also the embarrassment he claims the “raunchy” image caused. But one the grand jury threw out his indictment and the case was dismissed.
The Bronx rapper shared the news with his fans shortly after the decision was made. “I just won this lawsuit…I’m so emotional right now [happy cry emoji] …I want to kiss God’s feet right now,” Cardi tweeted. “I AM VERY GRATEFUL!!!!”
Earlier this week, Cardi added to her collection of tattoos when she showed some new ink inscribed in red on the cheek dedicated to her one-year-old son, Wave.
