Titans, Doom Patrol canceled by HBO Max after four seasons

HBO Max has canceled the DC Comics live-action series Titans and Doom Patrol after four seasons.

The writing was pretty much on the wall, but HBO Max has made it official. It was announced today that the DC Comics live-action series Titans and Doom Patrolboth of which are in the middle of their fourth seasons, have been canceled.

While these will be the last seasons of Titans and Doom Patrolwe are very proud of these series and excited for fans to see their climactic endings,” a spokesperson for HBO Max said in a statement THR. “We are grateful to Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television to make such exciting, action-packed, heartfelt series. thank you Titans showrunner Greg Walker, executive producers Greg Berlanti, Akiva Goldsman, Sarah Schechter, Geoff Johns, Richard Hatem and the team at Weed Road Pictures. To Doom Patrol, we pay tribute to showrunner Jeremy Carver and executive producers Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Geoff Johns, Chris Dingess and Tamara Becher-Wilkinson. For four seasons, fans have fallen in love with Titans and Doom Patrolwho invest in their trials and tribulations and in their legendary battles that save the world time and time again.Sources told THR that producers for both Titans and Doom Patrol were aware that their shows could be cancelled, so they wrote proper endings that don’t leave a lot of questions for fans.
