The Santas: Laura San Giacomo to play the Christmas witch in the Disney+ holiday series

Laura San Giacomo comes to enchant upcoming Disney+ holiday series Santa Clauses. According to Deadlinethat Barry and NCSI the actress will play La Befana, a Christmas witch from Italian folklore who delivers goodies to good children on the morning of the Epiphany. She lives in the shaky forests of the North Pole.

IN Santa Clauses, Scott Calvin (Tim Allen) is on the verge of his 65th birthday and realizes that he can’t be Santa Claus forever. He’s suddenly started to lose his Santa magic, and more importantly, he’s got a family that could enjoy a life in the ordinary world, especially his two children who grew up in the North Pole. With many elves, children and family to look forward to, Scott sets out to find a suitable replacement Santa while preparing his family for a new adventure in life south of the Pole.

Jack Burditt executive produces and shows Disney+ series. Burditt worked with San Giacomo on the comedy sitcom series Just shoot me.

Recently it was announced that David Krumholtz would reprise his role as Bernard the elf. This news was like an early Christmas present for fans of the franchise because Bernard is pretty much the best. Santa Clauses also stars Elizabeth Mitchell as Carol/Mrs. Claus, Elizabeth Allen-Dick as Sandra, Devin Bright as Noel, Austin Kane as Cal, Matilda Lawler as Betty, Rupali Redd as Grace and Kal Penn as Simon Choski.
