The Dentist and The Dentist 2 are getting a double feature Blu-ray release from Vestron Video

In December, Silent Night, Deadly Night 3: Better Watch Out, Silent Night, Deadly Night 4: Initiation, and Silent Night, Deadly Night 5: The Toy Maker will get the Blu-ray treatment as a triple feature i Vestron Video Collector’s Series. (You can pre-order that release at THIS LINK.) Now Vestron video have announced that they will give the horror film The dentist and its successor The dentist 2 a double feature Blu-ray release the following month January 24!

The dentist and The dentist 2 both make their Blu-ray debut in The Dentist Collection. Movie star Corbin Bernsen (Major League) as dentist dr. Feinstone, who has everything – including a beautiful wife and a successful career in dentistry. That is, until he discovers that his wife is cheating on him. After becoming insane, he performs cruel dental torture on his patients. The films have the following synopsis:

Where there’s a drill, there’s a road. IN The dentist, Beverly Hills dentist Dr. Feinstone seems to have the perfect, orderly life – until the discovery of his wife’s affair with the pool boy sends him off the deep end and locks up the killer. The dentist 2 finds the evil doctor in a maximum security psychiatric hospital… but not for long as he flees to a small town and turns his attention to a new love interest and new victims.
