Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery: Join the party with crazy guests in the new trailer

It’s time to look around. There has been a murder. The follow-up to the popular and critically acclaimed whodunnit Knives out has just released a new trailer just ahead of the cinema premiere. The new preview for Glass onion: A Knives Out Mystery showcases several of the ensemble cast and their extraordinarily vibrant personalities.

The official Netflix synopsis for the film reads,

“Benoit Blanc returns to peel back the layers in a new Rian Johnson whodunit. This fresh adventure finds the intrepid detective at a lavish private estate on a Greek island, but how and why he got there is only the first of many mysteries. Blanc soon meets a decidedly disparate group of friends who gather at the invitation of billionaire Miles Bron for their annual reunion, among whom on the guest list are Miles’ former business partner Andi Brand, current Connecticut Governor Claire Debella, pioneering scientist Lionel Toussaint, fashion designer and former model Birdie Jay and her conscientious assistant Peg, and the influencer Duke Cody and his sidekick boyfriend Whiskey. . As in all the best murder mysteries, each character harbors their own secrets, lies and motives. When someone turns up dead, everyone is a suspect. Johnson is ecstatic to return to direct Craig in the outrageous detective role. He explains, “To have a continued collaboration with one of the best actors on the planet who is also an absolutely lovely guy… I’d be a fool not to jump at that opportunity.” And Craig is mutually excited to step back into the southerners’ shoes for another round, saying: “It was really a no-brainer just to come and work with Rian again. We had such a great cast in the last one and I didn’t know how we were going to top it, but we’ve evened it out. The work experience, just getting on set and making these movies is so much fun.”
