Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story is one of Netflix’s biggest hits

Our own Alex Maidy wasn’t very impressed with Netflix’s new limited series Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer History that he gave a 6/10 review. A relative of one of Dahmer’s victims described the show as “cruel“. But Netflix subscribers were certainly curious to check it out. Netflix has announced Dahmer debuted at #1 on the UK TV chart with 196.2 million hours watched, making it the most watched title on the streaming service this week. The series also broke into the Top 10 in 92 countries around the world. According to DeadlineDahmer’s “hours viewed” numbers make it one of the biggest hits on Netflix — at least since the streamer began reporting those numbers in June 2021. The only shows to get more hours watched since they premiered were Squid Game, All of Us Are Dead, Stranger Things season 4, and Bridgerton season 2. Personally, I think it’s a shame Cobra Kai is not up there.

Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story was created by American Horror Story co-creator Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan. Evan Peterswho had roles in several seasons of American Horror Story, stars Dahmer in the ten-episode limited series. The show tells us about
