My Hero Academia season 6 opening video shows Dark Deku

Second half of My Hero Academia Season 6 premiered on Saturday, and with it came a new opening theme that showed a much darker side to Deku.

The latest theme song, “Bokura No” performed by the band Eve, features many standard anime tropes, including clips from the show and more. Throughout the theme, series protagonist Deku can also be seen, showing both the dark and light sides of the character.

My Hero Academia Season 6 adapts the “Paranormal Liberation War” arc of the original manga, which sees an all-out war between the series’ heroes and villains.

For those who may have missed the train My Hero Academia, the series can be streamed in its entirety from now on. Currently, all 127 episodes of the anime are available to stream Crunchyroll for those who want to catch up.

My Hero Academia began as a manga series written and illustrated by Kohei Horikoshi. It was first serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2014. The anime television adaptation debuted in 2016. Both are still ongoing.
