Knives Out 2 clip teases a murder mystery game from Edward Norton

Netflix has dropped a brand new clip Glass onion: A Knives Out Mysterythe upcoming star-studded sequel to Rian Johnson’s acclaimed 2019 film. The film is currently showing in select theaters and will be followed by its streaming debut on December 23rd.

That Knives out 2 clip shows Edward Norton’s billionaire character Miles Brown explaining the rules of his murder mystery game to his guests. One of the game’s participants is Daniel Craig’s Benoit Blanc, who is excited about whether or not the winner will get an iPad.

Glass onion: A Knives Out Mystery is again written and directed by Rian Johnson, who is also producing the film with Ram Bergman via their T-Street Productions banner. The sequel follows Daniel Craig’s detective Benoit Blanc as he travels to Greece to peel back the layers of a mystery involving a new cast of colorful suspects.

Dave Bautista joins Craig (Guardians of the Galaxy), Edward Norton (Fight Club), Janelle Monáe (Hidden Figures), Kathryn Hahn (WandaVision), Leslie Odom Jr. (Hamilton), Kate Hudson (Almost famous), Madelyn Cline (Outer Banks), Jessica Henwick (Love and monsters), and Ethan Hawke (Spooky).

In 2021, Netflix successfully won the rights to Johnson’s two Knives out sequels, which reportedly cost the streamer over $400 million. The first film grossed over $311 million at the worldwide box office and received critical acclaim and several award nominations, including an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Screenplay.
