One Piece Movie: Red Gets Western Release Date

Crunchyroll has finally revealed the theatrical release date for One Piece Movie: Red in the USA and Canada.

The long awaited one One piece the film will have its North American premiere on Thursday, October 6 in New York, to coincide with New York Comic Con. The wider theatrical release will take place on Friday, November 4 for the US and Canada, while it will be released the day before on November 3 in Australia and New Zealand.

Advance tickets go on sale for New Zealand and Australia on October 5th, while advance tickets for North America become available on October 6th. One Piece Movie: Red is directed by Goro Taniguchi (Code Geass) with a script written by Kuroiwa Tsuto (One piece movie Gold). The creator of One pieceEiichiro Oda, is an executive producer for the film.
