South Park: The Streaming Wars Part 2 Gets Trailer

Second part of South Park‘s The streaming warsthe made-for-TV movie, has received a new trailer highlighting the final chapter of Streaming of wars saga.

The new trailer shows Randy Marsh fully becoming a “Karen” and threatening people inside a grocery store before teasing the ending of the saga. South Park: The Streaming Wars del 2 is set to premiere exclusively on Paramount + on July 13, 2022.

“Cartman locks horns with his mother in a battle of wills, while an epic conflict unfolds and threatens the very existence of South Park,” reads the official synopsis of the upcoming film. Next to those made for TV movies, South Park has also continued its play on television as the 25th season of the series recently ended earlier this year, after airing six episodes on Comedy Central.

The series is created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone. The Emmy and Peabody Award-winning series is executive produced by Parker, Stone, Anne Garefino and Frank C. Agnone II. Eric Stough, Adrien Beard, Bruce Howell and Vernon Chatman are producing.

It was announced in August 2021 that Stone and Parker signed a new $ 900 million deal with ViacomCBS running through 2027, which included a multi-season renewal of the Comedy Central animated comedy series, as well as 14 original South Park hour-long movies for Paramount +.

The series was launched on August 13, 1997 and is based on the VHS-shared, animated card titled “The Spirit of Christmas.”
