Here are a few names that Genesis fans will recognize among the recently announced games. The other entries in After Burner and Splatterhouse series are welcome additions to the series, as is the 16-bit rendering of OutRun. - After Burner II
- Nat attacker
- Ninja Warriors
- Splatterhouse 2
- Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water
- Puzzle and action: Ichidant-R
- Column III: The Revenge of the Pillar

More recognizable names like Sonic CD,, Virtua Racingand Bonanza Bros. is also included in the hardware as a group of 11 games became publicly known along with the system. The complete list of 50 games has not been revealed yet, which means that Sega CD favorites that have not been re-released indefinitely may still appear on the Mega Drive Mini 2. There is still hope for a US version of the system packed with retro hidden gems. Still, the console is already shaping up as a great collection, even as a proposal that has only been imported.
