It’s a new year, but we’re just as devoted to it Tracy Anderson training as we have always been. So we asked her to share a beginner-level 30-minute class TA Online Studio– something to sweat until today, tomorrow and next week.

In the mat section of this workout, you can add ankle weights to increase the intensity. (We like bangles weighing one kilo from Bala.) Other than that, you just need to show up on the mat and follow Tracy’s cues.
