To quote one favorite song at the moment “Ask what I want and somehow it finds me !!” I can not believe I am writing these words, but I AM ON THE FRONT OF ARCHITECTURAL DIGEST!!! Holy guacamole. I could not imagine a more exciting way to share our new home, #JungalowByTheMountain with you all – than with these amazing photos taken by my friend, the incredible Jenna Peffley and an open door video that takes you room to room:
You can read AD article herewritten by Sydney Gore And do not forget to download the edition in print !! Over the next few weeks and months, I will share more of the process, behind the scenes and sources of everything in our new home at IG and here on the blog.
And for now, I want to leave you with a few of my favorite photos from the recording with sources below:
I love curved niches and I wanted to give this one a little moment to shine so we painted and sketched the niche in yellow and then surrounded it in Moroccan brass mirrors. I found the console table of the 1980s and fell in love with the simple shape and the chunkyness. On top of the console and in the niche, I show pieces that symbolize joy, abundance, protection, life and connection, so those feelings stay with us and our guests when we come and go.

Upper half: Farrow & Ball Pink Ground
