  • 2 ounces vodka (any kind is fine)
  • 3 ounces of Kahlua

How to make an Espresso Martini

  1. Make your espresso and let it cool (otherwise it will melt your ice cream). If you are in a hurry, you can put it in the fridge.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in espresso, vodka and Kahlua.
  3. Shake until cooled. This will also create your foam.
  4. Pour into two chilled glasses.
  5. Garnish with a few coffee beans.
