1 – The hot bath

How long has it been since you traded a quick hop in the shower for a long soak in the bath? We try so long to stay clean that we forget that cleansing is a ritual. Get yourself a nice luxury bubble bath or bath bomb, up yours candle accessories to light up that bathroom and use all your favorite products. That means a face mask, a foot mask, a hair mask, a clay mask, exfoliating scrubs, your jade roller and some refreshing face products for after all those masks.

2 – Favorite places

Everyone has one favorite place somewhere in the world. Whether it’s on top of a mountain or at home with the whole family around it doesn’t matter. The important thing is that you find a way to incorporate these places into your lifestyle. If you love spending time with family, don’t wait until Christmas to do it. Organize dinners on Sundays, meet for wine on a Tuesday night. Plan to visit your favorite spots a few weeks in advance to give yourself something to look forward to.
