Sydney Sweeney stuns in a low-cut lime green slip dress

Sydney Sweeney traveled to Madrid to celebrate the GQ Men of the Year Awards on Thursday Nov. 17. For the event, the 25-year-old star chose a dress that surprised even as it offered full coverage in a style that deviates from her recent looks. She chose a boudoir-inspired 1920s-style petticoat in a bright lime green shade.

Although not technically neon, the bright-green shade definitely leaned towards the jewel-toned trend, while the vintage silhouette felt timeless and conservative. Styled by Molly Dicksonthat “Euphoria” The actress wore vintage Atelier Versace and Chopard diamonds and added lavender puffs to her eyes for an overall understated beauty look. The dress, which pooled at her feet, covered the heels she wore underneath.

This was the second look she chose for GQ events while in Madrid, having also worn a superhero-inspired dress to a red carpet earlier that day. For the occasion, she rocked a cut-out black dress by LaQuan Smith that, while boasting a high turtleneck and a single long sleeve, also featured a bare upper body that gave way to a metallic bustier underneath.

Less than two weeks ago, she was wearing a completely see-through blue fishnet dress Armani Beauty eventafter a LACMA Art + Film Gala where she wore a pink one Giambattista Valli Couture mini dress with head-turning rosettes. And while she’s been embracing color lately, she’s just as stunning in edgy black outfits as evidenced by the cut-out leather Rokh suit she wore to the Elle Women in Hollywood Celebration.
