Public Relations:
· Coordinate with stylists and editors to fulfill press inquiries for VIPs
Sample trafficking – manage incoming and outgoing samples
· Build and maintain relationships with stylists and editors
· Monthly summaries of press clippings for both main collections and fragrance
· Assist during fashion week – coordinate with production team, PR agency, HMU teams
· Manage RSVPs and logistics for press days
· Send media blasts out to editors for compilation publications or press releases
· Submit internal releases of notable press releases
· Assist during in-house VIP fittings
· Manage expenses and code accordingly
· Semi-annual statement using excel

Social Media:
· Create and own monthly content calendar with meetings every other week with PR director
· Draft text for social media
· Manage Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
· Create content for in-feed postings and stories
· Record BTS content on-set during photo shoots
· Update and maintain Pamella Roland’s website – upload new collections, editorial rankings and celebrity observations
· Work closely with external agencies to maintain the backend of the website

Skills
· Photography and Adobe Photoshop are a plus
