Meghan Markle wears a chic trench coat in a rare look at her off-duty style

After stepping back from royal duties and moving to California, Meghan Markle is able to live her life largely under the radar and out of the paparazzi’s lens – but we still get glimpses of her when she’s off guard once in a while between. For example, this week we got a rare look at how the Duchess of Sussex dresses when she’s off the clock, when headteacher and life coach Cassiopia Moore-Watts posted a photo with her on Instagram. Meghan wore a tan trench coat, black top, black high-waisted trousers and black heeled sandals. Her long dark hair was styled straight with a center part.

“Once upon a time with Meghan Markle 🪄 What a reminder of the magic that lives inside us all! And how liberating it is to be true to who we are,” Kasiopia wrote. “The time is now.”

This new photo of Meghan came shortly after Duchess released her latest episode of Archetypesher Spotify podcast, Tuesday. Meghan shared rare details about her life at home with Prince Harry, three-year-old son Archie and one-year-old daughter Lili, while discussing the Good Wife/Bad Wife, Good Mom/Bad Mom labels on women.

“So the morning rush, I’m sure it only gets more chaotic as they get older, but for me it’s – you know, both screens on for the kids to hear them, always up with Lili. Get her downstairs,” said Meghan. “Then half an hour later Archie’s up. Start making his packed lunch just before he’s up while I get her to get her a little bite. My husband helps me get him downstairs and that’s—I make breakfast to all three of them. It’s very important to me. I love doing it.”

“And it just feels like the best way to start the morning to me,” she continued. “And then it’s like, feed all three dogs, because we just got another dog, and then get Archie out the door to school, and you know, but it does, it feels like a whirlwind.”

Harry is helping, Meghan added. “Oh my man, he’s amazing.”
